Wow.... Look at all the dust... and the cobwebs! It's been awhile since I last checked in, I guess. Yea, starting a blog sounded like a good idea at the time but then, well... you know how it goes.

I did want to share with you about a sweet fellow SCS'r named Cammie. You can read her blog here). She lost her grandmother last June from complications of Alzheimer's Disease. She has designed a beautiful stamp set called Whimsical Autumn through Gina K Designs.

Her generous heart didn't stop there. In honor of National Alzheimer's Day, she has offered amazing Blog Candy on her blog. I would encourage you to read all about her heartfelt efforts to recognize the wonderful caretakers that care for the patients suffering this disease. You can read more about it here <----- click here.

Here is the card I made for her efforts to recognize the caretakers. I'll be mailing this to her grandmother's care facility.

Here's a little closer looksie...

Lauren Meader (mytime) made some amazing paper flowers using the Paper Bouquet and Paper Garden books by Susan Tierney Cockburn. I loved them so much, I had to get the book and make some flowers too. These books are wonderful with easy to follow directions.
